About

The studio behind the software.

A one-person AI software studio. Senior engineering, direct collaboration, and software you fully own.

The short version

ZVZ exists for one reason: most companies have problems that good software — increasingly, good AI software — could solve, but the path from idea to shipped product is full of friction, hand-offs, and people who’ve never written a line of code.

I close that gap. I’m a full-stack engineer who designs, builds, and ships custom software end to end, with AI woven in where it earns its place. No agency overhead, no telephone game between you and the people doing the work — just a direct line to the person accountable for the result.

The work spans copilots and retrieval systems, automation and agents, integrations into existing stacks, and the data and ML plumbing underneath. What stays constant is the approach: understand the real problem, scope it honestly, and ship something that holds up in production.

What I value

How I operate.

The principles that shape every engagement.

Outcome over hype

AI when it genuinely helps, plain software when it doesn't. I optimize for your result, not a buzzword count.

You own everything

Your code, your infrastructure, your keys. No proprietary black boxes and no lock-in — ever.

Ship small, ship often

Working software in front of you early and frequently, so we catch the wrong turns while they're cheap.

Honest scoping

Clear estimates and straight talk. If a feature isn't worth building, I'll tell you before you pay for it.

Capabilities

The toolkit.

The tools I reach for. The right ones for your problem may differ — and that's the point.

Tell me about the problem you're trying to solve. If AI is the right tool, I'll show you how — and if it isn't, I'll tell you that too.
